These are costumes and we are unable to accept any exchanges or returns. Please check all measurements carefully prior to ordering and feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns - we are always happy to help!

Refunds
This is a custom made product and each order is put together one at a time. Once you place your order and we have processed it, we begin to work on the personalized items first. We consider all sales final and do not offer refunds.
Exchanges Prior to Shipment
If you need to exchange your costume for a different size, you will need to contact us by email as soon as possible prior to shipment. We can usually accommodate this request - please realize that it will delay your order by about 7 days. If there is a difference in cost, an adjustment will be made and either a credit will be issued or an invoice through Paypal will be sent for any additional cost due. Your entire order will then be placed "ON HOLD" until we have received full payment and email confirmation from you.

Exchanges After Shipment
Once your order has been shipped, you will need to send us an email to request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery as noted on USPS Tracking. After 24 hours, it becomes non-refundable/non-exchangeable. If you contact us within the 24 hour time frame, you will be instructed to return the full costume in it's original condition by USPS Priority Mail with tracking at your expense. Exchanges are made by approval, on a case by case basis and only in instances of major defects or wrong size ordered. Once we receive the costume back in it's original condition, there will be a 35% restocking fee charged to exchange the order for a new size. We will send an invoice through Paypal for the 35% fee plus any additional fee difference for the new size and a new shipping fee. Your entire order will then be placed "ON HOLD" until we have received full payment and email confirmation from you.
